Please do not send Microsoft Word documents, Excel, Photoshop DCS files, Publisher or PowerPoint files.

• Always save files as vector (line art) eps if possible.
• Save Photoshop files as .psd cmyk layered file if possible.
• Supply all fonts with artwork, both Screen and Printer part of font. Preferred method is to convert all fonts to curves or outlines.
• Please do not send PC fonts.
• All type must be at least 6 pt. in size. Reversed out type should be at least 8 pt in size and a non-serif font.
• Artwork using pms colors must be vector based with pms colors specified, unless the final print is to be a CMYK print.
• Keep all non-bleed images (logo's, arrow's, ect) 1/8" from all edges of keycard.
• Bleed area's must extend 1/16" beyond cut area.
• All rules and outlines should be .5 point or greater.
• Pantone colors can be converted to cmyk, but cannot be guaranteed to match pms #.
• When saving QuarkXPress files make sure to include all fonts (Mac) and placed images.
• If faxing artwork to be redrawn (1-Color artwork only), please make image as large as possible on fax sheet.

• All photos, placed images, and rastered files must be high resolution (300 dpi or higher at actual size to be printed).
• Save as tiff, jpg, psd, eps
• Convert all files from RGB to CMYK.
• DO NOT SEND LOW RESOLUTION 72dpi RGB gif or jpeg files from world wide web.
• Slicks are excepted for 1-color artwork only, if high resolution (1200 dpi or higher).
• Supplied scanned images should be scanned by drum scanner or high resolution scanning device.
• We offer high resolution scanning for slides, transparencies, photo's, and slicks.
• Line art needs to be scanned at 1200 dpi.

• Please supply color approved printouts or sample for color match.
• PMS/Spot colors specified (saved as vector eps).
• Company name, contact name, phone and fax numbers.
• Accepted media storage (MAC based): * Floppy disk • ZIP • CD-R disk

• Compress artwork if file size is over 1 meg as .zip .sit or .sea
• Company name, contact name, phone and fax numbers.
• PMS/Spot colors specified (saved as vector eps).
• E-mail artwork to your customer service representative. If you have no service rep, please call.
